'Train of thought' is a journal dedicated to publish cross-genre short stories, and articles, for commuters around the NYC (or other big cities). In the hopes to make casual readers feel fulfilled and explore literature diversely in a approachable way.

We invite all types of writers to submit to our issues - no matter their age, background, or experience, without asking any fees. To give all the same chance to submit, and get their works displayed.

We currently look for short stories, of any genre, between 300 to 1200 words. Poems, interviews of literary/culturally impactful business, opinion articles (must be literary topics), art pieces, or cross-genre work. If interested writers must submit pdf or google docs (public settings) versions of their pieces to this google form link.
